Two product page rebuilds at the world's #1 chat marketing platform — voice, headlines, feature lines, the works. The kind of copy that earns the click and then earns the conversion.
What I owned
Manychat AI page — full page rewrite. Owned the hero ("Stay human at superhuman scale"), the section heroes, and the feature line copy. The before/after framing was mine: every feature got a job-to-be-done sentence that named the AI superpower without sounding like everyone else's AI marketing.
Manychat SMM page — same scope, different audience. Wrote for social media managers who'd seen every "scale your team" pitch and stopped believing them. Different voice, same discipline.
What I learned doing it
Brand voice on a product page lives or dies in the first 50 words. Get the hero headline right and everything below it is downstream of that decision. Get it wrong and no amount of clever feature copy will save the page.
The numbers
Pages went live and held their headlines through three review cycles with leadership and PMM. Both pages still run as the live brand statement for those products today. (Performance numbers are Manychat's to share, not mine.)
